- Project GoldenEye. If the system won’t protect us, we will protect each other. We will implement a heavily subsidized, city-wide network of provincially licensed and vetted private security patrols — deployed by the community, for the community.
- Aggressive Youth Intervention. Cut off the gang-recruitment pipeline. We will massively subsidize youth mentorship, sports, and community programs to keep kids out of the hands of organized crime.
- Controlling the Police Board. The Mayor holds a seat on the Peel Police Services Board. I will use the city’s leverage over their budget to force a direct strategic and budgetary pivot toward violent crime and auto-theft.
Mandate 02
The construction nightmare
Gridlock. This is what happens when no contractor is ever held to a deadline.
Torn-up roads and endless orange pylons have choked our local businesses and stolen hours from our daily commutes.
- Brutal Penalty Clauses. The era of endless delays ends. Any contractor that misses a municipal construction deadline faces massive, compounding financial penalties. You waste our time, you pay for it.
- The “Dig Once” Policy. No more tearing up the same intersection three times in two years. Infrastructure, water, and transit projects will be forced to coordinate their schedules by law.
- Traffic Flow Mandate. Construction permits will only be issued with strict, audited traffic-mitigation plans so our main arteries keep moving.
Mandate 03
The math of surviving Mississauga
A full-time job should cover a place to live in this city.

- The Mill Rate Flip. We are aggressively cutting the red tape to bring major commercial and industrial business back to Mississauga. We will leverage that massive influx of commercial tax revenue to freeze residential property taxes.
- Forensic Budget Audits. No more automatic tax hikes. I am bringing in external auditors to rip through the city’s $1.1 billion operating budget line by line. We aren’t cutting snowplows; we are eliminating redundant middle management and redirecting that cash straight to the streets.
- Uniting the Mississauga Bloc. Mississauga heavily subsidizes Brampton and Caledon. Because the Province reversed the dissolution of Peel Region, we are taking control. Mississauga holds half the seats on Regional Council and the absolute leverage that comes with them. I will unite our councillors into a single voting bloc to dictate Peel’s budget and ensure our tax dollars stay in our city.
- Making Developers Pay. No developer gets a zoning variance for a luxury high-rise without legally binding Community Benefits Charges. If they want to build 50 stories, they are paying to build the parks and infrastructure our residents actually need.
Mandate 04
Fixing city hall
If a private business ran like Mississauga City Hall, it would be bankrupt in a year.
Hours wasted in lines a website should have replaced a decade ago.
- Performance-Driven Leadership. We are restructuring city management. If department heads cannot clear the red tape and hit their efficiency targets, we will find leadership that can.
- Customer Service Mandate. City staff work for the residents, not the other way around. We will publish strict wait-time targets for every municipal service and hold management accountable when they miss them.
- 100% Digital Transition. Every single city service that can be online, will be online.
- The Transparency Dashboard. A public, plain-language dashboard updated monthly. No more hiding behind 500-page accounting PDFs. You will see exactly where your tax dollars go, down to the cent.
Mandate 05
Mental health & street-level decay
Pushing the homeless and the addicted from one park to another isn’t a strategy. It’s cowardice.
The visible decay of our city isn’t just an economic issue. It is a mental-health crisis the people in charge have entirely ignored.
- Front-Line Triage. Reallocate municipal funds to deploy specialized mental-health crisis responders to 911 calls. This frees up the police to actually fight violent crime instead of managing public health crises.
- Community Partnerships. Partner directly with local grassroots organizations and shelters, cutting the red tape so they can provide immediate, on-the-ground addiction and mental-health triage.
- Aggressive Provincial Negotiation. We will stop asking nicely and start negotiating fiercely with the Province to secure Mississauga’s fair share of healthcare and mental-health funding.
Mandate 06
Culture, nighttime economy & quality of life
Mississauga is not a retirement village, but City Hall still governs it like one.
The youth have nowhere to go, local culture is over-regulated, and our nighttime economy is practically non-existent.
- Cultural Licensing — Ending Blanket Bans. Driving shisha lounges underground bankrupts our local entrepreneurs. We will leverage our dominant voting bloc on Regional Council to amend the Peel Waterpipe Smoking By-law, replacing the ban with a strict Specialty Lounge Licensing Framework — letting these businesses operate safely and giving our young adults their social hubs back.
- The Midnight Athletics Initiative. We are keeping massive community centres, soccer fields, and basketball courts open and lit until 2:00 AM on weekends. Subsidized, safe, and accessible.
- Sanctioned Car Culture. Street racing is a safety crisis, but the car community here is massive. We will partner with private tracks to designate controlled zones, getting the scene out of residential neighbourhoods and into sanctioned environments.
- Inter-Municipal Recreation. You shouldn’t have to be wealthy to experience life outside the concrete. We will build collaborative recreation agreements with neighbouring municipalities to subsidize youth outdoor programs.
- Respect Our Seniors — Road Safety. We will issue official city senior decals and back them up with aggressive bylaw enforcement for tailgating in school and community zones.
