The plan

  1. Brutal Penalty Clauses

    The era of endless delays ends. Any contractor that misses a municipal construction deadline faces massive, compounding financial penalties. You waste our time, you pay for it.

  2. The “Dig Once” Policy

    No more tearing up the same intersection three times in two years. Infrastructure, water, and transit projects will be forced to coordinate their schedules by law.

  3. Traffic Flow Mandate

    Construction permits will only be issued with strict, audited traffic-mitigation plans so our main arteries keep moving.
